Oyo, formerly Hooters Hotel, and before that the San Remo resort has a great view over Las Vegas McCarran from even numbered rooms (Pool View) in the Ocean Tower. It has poor reviews but I've always found the rooms to be OK. The communal areas are a bit run down and need refurbishment, and the in-hotel Hooters has the worst service ever.
Watch out for the 'resort fee' on top of your hotel charge that is now common most Vegas hotels - the nearby Motel 6 doesn't charge it but also has no view. This hotel has now added car parking charges - it was free parking for many years.
A couple of snaps of the early morning view towards Atlantic FBO. Will get more pictures in late 2025 when I visit again. Amongst others the Luxor also has good views across the airfield.
