Having no prior knowledge of hotels with a view, I booked the first night at the Aloft. When I arrived, I realised it was close to the airport and asked for a high room facing the airport. I was allocated room 503 (the top floor) which gave views across both runways, although electronic aids are needed for the far runway. All odd-numbered room on the fifth floor should give views, although the lower the number the better. Just a single bed and the food options are poor – limited bar snacks in the evening and a grab-n-go breakfast which has to be paid for. No obvious food stores nearby.
