We stayed at Pampa Plaza Hotel, La Pampa 777, Belgrano,
Buenos Aires,1428 and had rooms 701 & 702 which are adjacent to each other
(only rooms on that floor). Both have balconies and reasonable views of
landings and takeoffs. No ground level views though due to an abundance
of trees. However, if landings are from the northeast, you will need to
be quick to see them. The hotel is physically about a few hundred yards
as the crow flies to the spotting area.
