I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Grapevine last month and had this great room which gave great views of the arrivals and departures on all 4 north-south runways. Photos aren’t really possible, but all traffic can be seen and recorded with ADSB. These corner rooms face due south allowing the views. If you were to stay on either side of the hotel, you would only be able to spot to the east or the west. I stayed in room 1028 and I think the view would be good down to the 5th floor in these 2 corner rooms. Although the lower you go you wouldn’t be able to see aircraft on the taxiways.
