Based on previous reports, where it was noted that there are no hotels located at the airport, I chose the Aloft by Marriott in Riverdale a 10 min taxi ride away. The room to go for is the ‘Breezy room’ corner and ask for high level facing the airport. I was not disappointed and was allocated 1805 which as its name suggests had windows on two corners. One facing the airport and one the inbound approach. Using FR 24 , nothing was missed except for 30 mins when a rain squall came through restricting visibility. The rooms were superb and buffet breakfast excellent.
