Plane Spotting Hotels: DTTA/TUN - Tunis - Hotel Lac Leman

I spent the night in the Hotel Lac Leman on the airport perimeter. It was a good choice, although TUN was quite slow. There’s about twenty something Tunis Air aircraft (A320s, A300’s, B737’s & ATR’s) stored at TUN and the airline is just a shadow of its former self. The hotel looks right into the airfield and any room on the front will suffice. Room cost was about $80 a night, including breakfast.
