Rooms on floor 1/2 facing runway are ideal for movements, same floors facing terminal give excellent vies of the terminal and parking areas, I usually ask for room facing runway as everything arriving or departing can be seen. The top floor (floor2) has an area in the middle where you can sit and watch the proceedings with chairs and large panoramic windows (ideal for checking the executive traffic on the ramps). There are also windows at either end of the corridors which come in useful for executive traffic.
Restaurant/Breakfast room overlooks the runway which is always a help Just one note of caution parking is £52/Night so make sure you get a discount code on check in which takes 50% off. Hotel is 10 min walk from Terminal if arriving via plane/train or bus.
