Good hotel and whilst does not have views over the airport is 5 min walk to the beach from where all movements can be seen A pool/garden view room on the 3rd floor would give a fleeting glance of arrivals as they pass the threshold but the CAP3000 Shopping centre gets in the way. Bus stop is outside the CAP3000 (5 mins walk) and 3 or 4 stops to the start of a walk along the fence at Nice Airport for the Biz Traffic.
